can have 1 ton/hour capability, suiting for off-line destruction of large central-bank cash center. While the the smallest capacity
is 50 kg/hour of briquetting only, serving on-line shreding of BPS in small central-bank cash center.

D, S & C Units of BDS Family
D (Destruction) Units: Shred large volumes of banknotes and security documents into very small pieces that cannot be put back together again. The capacity ranges from 25 to 1500 kg. A D unit can be made as an independent product. S (Suction) Units: Use suction to remove the shreds from off-line destruction (D) and on-line destruction (e.g. BPS® M7) to compressors (C). It uses pipes to connect in between and can be flexible to suit various site features. C (Compress) Units: Shreds are temprarily stored and stirred in a silo then are pressed into briquettes by hydraumatic power. The presses compress briquettes to such an extent that disposal costs are significantly reduced. A C unit can be made as an idependent product.
