GDSZ’s Customer Satisfaction Measurement Survey, initiated in 2003, is
a mid-year basis mechanism to give appraisal to our service team for
escalate our service level. From this year on, it can be conducted via
the GDSZ official we-chat acount that customers can give scores and
comments with their smart phones.
