GDSZ manufactures and installs BPS 1000 and BPS M7 high-speed banknote processing systems for the People's Bank of China. They can be connected to the centralized banknote packaging system-BPS-Pack, as well as the offline banknote destruction system-BDS. We also provide to ensure its safe and reliable performance at all time. GDSZ is dedicated to provide the PBOC with tailored cash automation systems that are most efficient and best suit their needs and site layout. Our products covers the entire banknote automation process, with banknote processing as the core, expanding to banknote packaging and pre (sorting and feeding) and post (destruction and briquetting) processing.
With our own design capabilities, GDSZ has created a centralized banknote packaging system for large and medium-sized cash centers, which was successfully installed and operated by the People's Bank of China and the Russian Central Bank. Subsequently, Giesecke+Devrient officially named the system NotaPack20, which was launched as a core component of fully automated cash centers and promoted globally. Giesecke+Devrient values the design and production capabilities of GDSZ, and builds it into a cash center automation competence center, providing solutions for global cash center projects.
GDSZ's independent research and development capabilities come fromexploration in the Chinese central bank market for many years. Thanks to
he domestic market and talent environment , we are able to keep up with the latest trends in the development of the currency industry to
develop new technologies and products that are needed in every aspect of cash pay-in.
The automation of cash pay-in is not limited to processing, packaging
and destruction. When all processes are effectively integrated, from
entering the cash center to being put into circulation again or to the end
of its life, a banknote can be processed entirely automatically and
systematically. This is the ultimate goal of GDSZ’s R&D initiative.
Through the accumulation of technology in the existing packaging and
destruction system, GDSZ has cooperated with Germany to have
successfully developed the automatic cash-feeding device that works with
the BPS M7: the NotaTracc L, which has been sold to central banks and
cash centers in Europe, America and Asia. New ideas are becoming reality
one by one through continuous investment.
Shortly after the establishment, GDSZ began to lay out a nationwide service network. Through a good cooperative relationship with the People's Bank of China, under the framework agreement of maintenance services, GDSZ sent out field service engineers to each cash center to conduct full-time maintenance of the machines, support and train the operators, and to manage the service network through the regional ervice managers and the domestic business department. The customer service center and technical departments works together to build a complete maintenance information system and work closely together with the users to keep each cash center running smoothly.
